FAQ

How do you break down your grading system?
Grade 1:
Beginner, elementary
Grade 2: Easy, late elementary/early middle school
Grade 3: Medium, middle school
Grade 4: Intermediate, early high school
Grade 5: Medium Difficult, high school/early college
Grade 6: Difficult, late high school/college
Grade 6+: Advanced, late college/professional

What does “intended” mean?
Not all arrangements are created equal. An arrangement for three marimbas and a vibraphone is going to sound much more different than the same thing played by two xylophones, a vibraphone, and a glockenspiel. The “intended arrangement” is the arrangement that is closest to the original piece.

Can I return my order?
No, you cannot return your order once it is purchased, so make sure that it is exactly what you need. In the event that you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If it has not already been shipped, we will do everything we can to make sure that your order gets rectified.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Currently, we do not.

Can you offer an arrangement of a piece that’s not on your site?
Yes, through request form only. Contact us and we’ll get things moving. We will need to know some information to determine if it is an appropriate arrangement. This information should include:

  1. The title and composer
  2. Number of players
  3. Instrumentation
  4. The difficulty level of your player(s), such as grade 4, grade 5, grade 6, etc.

Can you offer a new arrangement of a piece you’ve already done?
Yes, also through request form. We will need to know the same information as listed above. The arrangement will cost the same as the existing piece, plus an extra fee, depending on how quickly it is needed. This does not include shipping costs.

Within the month = $10.00
Top priority = $20.00

When it is completed, it will be sent to you, and then it will be put up as an option for everyone. Any discounts or promotions that we offer do not apply to commissions unless otherwise specified.
